Payment Options Policy

Accepted Payment Methods
Planet Tradeshow accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Business Check⁺ ACH, Net 30 Terms*
⁺ Orders paid by check will not be released or shipped until the check has been received and cleared.
* Net 30 terms may be granted to qualified resellers who meet the eligibility criteria below.
Net 30 Credit Terms
Net 30 terms are available to established resellers who have demonstrated a positive payment history with Planet Tradeshow.
To qualify:
- Initial orders must be prepaid via credit card, ACH, or check.
- A completed credit application and review may be required.
- Continued eligibility depends on timely payments and good account standing.
Planet Tradeshow reserves the right to deny, modify, or revoke Net 30 terms at any time based on payment performance or account status.
Payment under Net 30 terms is due within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
Credit Card Billing
Your credit card will be charged prior to production or shipment of your order.
Any additional costs incurred after the initial payment, such as:
- Rush production fees
- Shipping upgrades
- Graphic design services
- Product changes or add-ons
…will be billed to the payment method on file once authorized.
Invoices & Receipts
- Invoices are issued via email by our Accounting Department.
- Receipts for completed payments are available upon request.

Late Payment Policy
Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to:
- Suspension or cancellation of Net 30 terms
- Finance charges or late payment fees
- Delays in current and future order processing
- Collection actions if necessary
We encourage prompt payment to avoid disruption in service.
